Unified WebTech provides a platform of digital products, software access, AI tools, websites, funnels, and business automation designed to help you launch and grow a business.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and in line with these terms. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login details secure, and for all activity that takes place under your account.

Our Business Launch Pad provides a professional website foundation and related digital resources.

Our AI Studio provides access to AI tools and services, which may include usage-based AI credits.

Product features, pricing, and availability are described on our website and may change over time. Any purchase is also subject to our Refund Policy.

When you purchase or access a product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own business purposes, in accordance with these terms and any product-specific terms.

Unless expressly permitted, you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your access, downloads, or licenses with others.

All content, software, branding, and materials provided through Unified WebTech — other than content you create — remain the property of Unified WebTech or its licensors and partners, and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Content you generate using our AI tools is yours to use for your business, subject to these terms and the terms of the underlying technology providers.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, for example, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, gaining unauthorized access, reselling access without permission, using the Service to create unlawful or harmful content, or violating the rights of others.

We may suspend or limit access where use appears abusive, fraudulent, or in breach of these terms.

Payments are securely processed by DashNex Pay, which acts as the Merchant of Record (MoR) for purchases made through Unified WebTech.

Because DashNex Pay is the Merchant of Record, you may see "DASHNEX" on your credit card or bank statement. This is normal and represents your purchase from Unified WebTech.

Unified WebTech works alongside trusted third-party platforms and services. Your use of those platforms may also be governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for the availability, performance, or practices of third-party services.

We work hard to keep the Service available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.

We may update, improve, or modify features over time to keep the platform current and useful.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if use is fraudulent or harmful, or where required by law.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unified WebTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Please also see our Disclaimer.
