The Business Launch Kit is free. There is nothing to refund for the free kit.

For paid AI Studio purchases, we want you to be satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us and we will work with you in good faith.

Because AI plans include usage-based resources (such as credits), refund eligibility may take into account resources already used. Specific refund terms are presented at checkout.

To request a refund, reach out through our Contact page with your order details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond promptly.

Some products are delivered through trusted third-party platforms. Where a purchase is processed by a third party, that platform's refund terms may also apply.

As we finalize our checkout and billing during the beta period, this policy may be updated. The terms shown at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.
